Dynamic CV is run by Jamie Evans, sole trader. Effective 26 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal information Dynamic CV collects, why, and what we do with it. It takes effect on 26 October 2026. Dynamic CV is a service sold by Jamie Evans (ABN 27 574 186 731). Contact: jamie.evans@dynamiccv.com.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, and the career information, documents and testimonials you send so we can build your Dynamic CV. This includes anything you send through the website enquiry form.
- Payment details: Bank transfer payments go through your bank and ours. We see the payment amount, date and your name or reference, but we do not collect your card details.
- Messages: emails and messages between you and us.
- Technical data: basic logs from our website host, such as IP address and browser type, used for running and securing the site. Our website does not use cookies or analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads.
Why we use it
We use your information to build, deliver and host your Dynamic CV, take payment, answer your questions, keep business and tax records, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia. By using our service you accept that your information may be handled overseas by them. We choose established providers with their own security and privacy commitments, but we cannot control their systems.
Public link
Once you approve it, your published Dynamic CV can be opened by anyone who has the link. Anything in it is visible to them.
How long we keep it
We keep your files for 12 months after delivery, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep payment and tax records for 5 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing jamie.evans@dynamiccv.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
