Terms and Conditions
Dynamic CV is run by Jamie Evans, sole trader. Effective 26 October 2026.
These terms apply when you buy a Dynamic CV from dynamiccv.com. They take effect on 26 October 2026. By paying for a Dynamic CV you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Dynamic CV is a service sold by Jamie Evans, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (ABN 27 574 186 731). In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Jamie Evans. “You” means the person who buys a Dynamic CV.
You can contact us at jamie.evans@dynamiccv.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
2. What we provide
We build an interactive CV dashboard from the information you give us (a “Dynamic CV”). The Essential and Complete packages are described on dynamiccv.com. The description on the website at the time you buy is what you are buying.
We rely on the information and documents you send. You are responsible for making sure they are accurate and that you are allowed to share them, including any testimonials or references that name other people.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD): Essential A$175 and Complete A$225. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to these prices.
You can pay by bank transfer to our Australian bank account. We email you the payment details when you order. We do not add a surcharge. Payment is due in full before we start work. We email a receipt once payment is received.
4. Delivery, preview and your approval
We never publish your Dynamic CV before you have seen it and approved it.
- We build your Dynamic CV from the information you send.
- We send you a private preview.
- You review it and tell us what to change. We make reasonable changes to what you asked for, within the scope of your package.
- Once you approve it in writing (an email is enough), we publish it and send you the link.
By approving, you confirm that the content is accurate and that you consent to it being published at a link that anyone who has the link can open.
5. Hosting your Dynamic CV
We keep your published Dynamic CV online for at least 12 months from the day we deliver it.
- Public link. Your Dynamic CV is published at a link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so only include information you are happy to be seen by anyone you share it with.
- Removal. You can ask us at any time to take it down. We remove it within 14 days of your request.
- After 12 months. We may retire your Dynamic CV after the first 12 months. We give you at least 30 days notice by email first, so you can save what you need.
- Third-party platforms. Your Dynamic CV is published using Microsoft Power BI. If a change on that platform ever affects your link, we will contact you and make it right.
Keeping your link working also depends on the email address we hold for you being current. Tell us if it changes.
6. Refunds, payment disputes and your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Refunds. If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full. If you cancel after we have started work but before we send your first preview, we refund 50% of what you paid. Once we have sent your preview, we do not refund a change of mind. If we cannot deliver what you bought, we refund you.
Questions about a payment. If something looks wrong with a payment, email us first at jamie.evans@dynamiccv.com. We can usually sort it out quickly.
Payment disputes. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may unpublish your Dynamic CV while the dispute is being resolved. We will email you when we do. We restore it once the payment issue is settled in our favour or you have paid.
7. Your content and our work
You own the information and documents you give us, and the finished Dynamic CV content that comes from them. You give us permission to use them to build, host and show your Dynamic CV.
We keep the ownership of our templates, layouts, methods and tools. We may reuse them for other customers, but never your personal information.
We will not use your Dynamic CV as a public example or testimonial without asking you first.
8. Limits on what we promise
A Dynamic CV is a presentation tool. We cannot promise any particular result, such as an interview or a job offer.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a problem with the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid. This does not limit any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Test group
If we invite you into the test group, your Dynamic CV is free. You do not have to pay anything, now or later. In return we ask for your honest feedback. We will only use your name, words or Dynamic CV as an example or testimonial if you say yes first. The hosting, takedown, privacy and consumer rights terms in this document apply to your free Dynamic CV in the same way. We may end the free arrangement by giving you 30 days notice by email, and you can ask us to take your Dynamic CV down at any time.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. We post changes on dynamiccv.com with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the courts of Victoria for any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first.
